| NSAI’s Christian Music Songwriters Retreat was
held Saturday, August 14, 2004 on the Belmont
University campus, in Nashville, TN. What a blessing from God, that we were given the opportunity to participate in the first annual Christian Music Songwriters retreat. There were participates from all over the country and Canada. Judging the songs and participating with the program were professionals in the music and recording industry such as: Dottie Rambo - Artist, songwriter and member of the Gospel Music Hall of Fame; Brian Copeland - publisher Daywind Music; Gerald Crabb, GMA Songwriter of the Year and may others. David Cooper the Bass player for the Kinsmen is a very gifted songwriter. God has blessed him to write most of the songs that the group sings. We thank God for his blessings on this group.
